4. Refund Policy

Please be aware that if, for any reason, the domain you are attempting to acquire is not allotted to you, the brokerage fee of 10% is non-refundable. This fee is charged for the services provided in attempting to secure the domain, irrespective of the final outcome.
4.2 Refund Conditions
Refunds of the brokerage fee will only be considered if the domain acquisition fails due to an error or negligence on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the failed acquisition to request a review of your situation.
5. Domain Availability
While we make every effort to secure your desired domain, Hillibilli does not guarantee the availability or successful acquisition of any domain. Availability is subject to the current owner’s willingness to sell and any other factors beyond our control.
6. Payment Terms
All payments for brokerage fees are due upon confirmation of your domain acquisition request. Payments can be made through standard payment methods or cryptocurrency, as outlined in our service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hillibilli is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the failure to secure a domain. Our liability is limited to the amount of the brokerage fee paid.
8. Changes to Terms
Hillibilli reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UP, India.
